- Apple - Possible planned obsolescence in all operating systems and especially in those created during the inflationary depression such as 10.6 Leopard and/or simply ineffective programming generating unnecessary expenditures for the consumer. Many designs force user to purchase more services, such as iPhone batteries, etc.
- Bank of America - Generally poor management and bad marriage to government. Policies have been expensive to consumers.
- General Motors - Generally poor management generating unnecessary expenditures for the consumer
- Intel - Planned obsolescence and/or simply ineffective programming
- Intuit - Poor and ineffective programming generating unnecessary expenditures for the consumer
- Microsoft - Planned obsolescence and/or simply ineffective programming generating unnecessary expenditures for the consumer
- Symantec - Norton - Planned obsolescence or simply ineffective programming generating unnecessary expenditures for the consumer
- Toyota - Poor customer relations and designs - generally poor management generating unnecessary expenditures for the consumer
